Taylor Specialty Books Staff

Kim has held a number of sales and management positions in the industry before coming to Taylor in the spring of 2006. His start with the industry began in 1989 as the Sales and Operations Manager for PFT, Inc.; and through the years, he has worked in typesetting, scanning and EDP services side of the business, as well as the printing and manufacturing side of the book business.

Kim attended Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois and graduated with his Bachelor’s of Arts degree in U.S. History with a minor in psychology in 1986; and later, he worked his way through graduate school completing double Master’s degrees in both Management and Marketing from Webster University.  Kim knows the value of a good education, as well as the pleasure of reading a good book; it is this combination that has created his long standing love affair with the publishing industry.

When he is not at work, Kim enjoys exercise, photography, outdoor activities and spending time with his family.  Kim has four children: Kathryn, Jessica, Hannah, and Ben.
